Subject to any direction of the Secretary of State under section 52(1) of the 1983 Act35, any duty on the registration officer to supply data under regulations 46 to 48 above imposes only a duty to supply such data recorded in the form in which he holds it.

The registration officer shall not supply data which includes information not included in the printed version of the register otherwise than under regulation 46(4).
