This Order authorises, until the end of 30th April 2011, the use of specified rail vehicles forming Class 175/0 and Class 175/1, although they do not comply with a requirement of the Rail Vehicle Accessibility Regulations 1998 because there is not the required headroom above some priority seats.
Exemption5
The exemption given by article 4(2) shall only apply to a priority seat which is immediately next to a window.
