These Regulations may be cited as the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (No. 10) Regulations 2001; they extend to England and come into force at 7.00 p.m. on 22nd October 2001.

These Regulations shall apply until midnight on 31st December 2001.
