Consequential amendment to the Fresh Meat (Hygiene and Inspection) Regulations 1995 E+W

26.  In so far as they extend to England, the Fresh Meat (Hygiene and Inspection) Regulations 1995 M1 are amended by substituting for sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 9 of Schedule 12 the following—

“(3) Subparagraph (1) does not apply to fresh meat handled in accordance with regulation 5(3) of the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (No. 10) Regulations 2001.”.
