Revocations
27.—(1) Subject to regulation 28, the 1994 Regulations are revoked.
(2) The Education (Special Educational Needs) (England) Regulations 2001(1); the Education (Special Educational Needs) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2001(2) and the Education (Special Educational Needs) (England) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2001(3) are hereby revoked.
