1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (No.11) Regulations 2001; they extend to England and come into force on 5th November 2001.
(2) These Regulations shall apply until midnight on 31st December 2001.
