Exceptions to rules relating to substantial property transactions involving directors

19.  In section 321(4) of the 1985 Act (exceptions to rules in section 320: transactions through independent broker on recognised investment exchange)(1), for “Financial Services Act 1986” substitute “Financial Services and Markets Act 2000”.
