Listing particulars of nominated holding companies315.

(1)

Section 90 of the Water Act 1989 (listing particulars of nominated holding companies) is amended as follows.

(2)

Subsection (2) is repealed.

(3)

For subsection (3) substitute—

“(3)

In this section—

“listing particulars” has the same meaning as in section 90(1) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000; and

“responsible”, in relation to listing particulars, has the meaning given in section 79(3) of that Act.”.
