548.—(1) Regulation 10 of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Investment) Regulations 1996 (exemptions from section 35 of the 1995 Act)(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), for the words “the effecting of which” to the end substitute “of a kind mentioned in regulation 6(2)(a)”.
(3) In paragraph (4)(a), for “regulation 6(2)(b)(i), (ii) or (iii)” substitute “regulation 6(2)(b)(i) or (ii)”.
Regulation 10 was amended by S.I. 2000/1403 and S.I. 2000/3128.
