Companies Consolidation (Consequential Provisions)(Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/1035 (N.I. 9))

Repeal of spent provisions

74.  The following provisions of the Companies Consolidation (Consequential Provisions)(Northern Ireland) Order 1986 are repealed—

(a)Article 22; and

(b)in Part 2 of Schedule 1, the entries relating to-

(i)the Policyholders Protection Act 1975;

(ii)the Insurance Brokers (Registration) Act 1977; and

(iii)the Insurance Companies Act 1982.
