5. Where a doctor has been removed from a medical, supplementary or services list by a Health Authority on the grounds that he had been convicted of a criminal offence, and that conviction is overturned on appeal, that Health Authority may agree to include the doctor in its supplementary list without a full application if it is satisfied that there are no other matters that need to be considered and provided that it receives an undertaking to comply with the requirements of these regulations.
