Amendment of regulation 139
In regulation 13 (transfer of continuing care and capitation arrangements)—
a
in paragraph (1), for “suspended by direction of the Tribunal” substitute “suspended by the Health Authority”;
b
in paragraph (3) for the words from “suspension by direction” to “suspended dentist” substitute “suspension ceases to have effect and the dentist”.
