Amendment of regulation 13
9. In regulation 13 (transfer of continuing care and capitation arrangements)—
(a)in paragraph (1), for “suspended by direction of the Tribunal” substitute “suspended by the Health Authority”;
(b)in paragraph (3) for the words from “suspension by direction” to “suspended dentist” substitute “suspension ceases to have effect and the dentist”.
