SCHEDULE 4 U.K. KEEPING OF REGISTERS AND RECORDS OF PARTICIPATING SECURITIES

Registers of Members U.K.

3.   [F1 Section 123 of the 2006 Act] shall apply to a participating issuer which is a private company limited by shares as if references therein to the company’s register of members were references to its issuer register of members.
