12.  In the 1986 Act, in— U.K.

(a) paragraph 16A(a) of Schedule 1;

(b) Note (3) to that paragraph; and

(c) subparagraph (5B)(a) of paragraph 18 of Schedule 1,

for “Uncertificated Securities Regulations 1995” in each place where it occurs there shall be substituted “Uncertificated Securities Regulations 2001”.
