Variation of the Thetford Education Action Zone Order 1998

5.—(1) The Thetford Education Action Zone Order 1998(1) is varied as follows:

(2) At article 5(1)(g) of that order, after the words “covered by these zone schools”, are inserted the following words:

“(h) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent further or higher education in the area covered by these zone schools; and

(i) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent Thetford Town Council.”

(3) In Schedule 1 the words “Keystone Community Partnership” are substituted for “Thetford Partnership”, and the words “Learning and Skills Council Norfolk” are substituted for “Norfolk and Waveney Training and Enterprise Council”.

(4) The words in Schedule 2 after “schools comprising the zone”, are deleted and instead is substituted:

• “Abbey Farm Junior School

• Admiral’s Junior School

• Canterbury Infant School

• Charles Burrell High School

• Drake Infant School and Nursery

• Queensway Infant School and Nursery

• Queensway Community Junior School

• Raleigh Infant School

• Redcastle Furze Primary School

• Rosemary Musker High School.”
