20.
In section 28 (circumstances in which a Scottish court may entertain application for financial provision), in subsection (4)—
(a)
after “(implementation of certain European conventions)” insert “or by virtue of Council Regulation (EC) No. 44/2001 of 22nd December 2000 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters or”; and
(b)
in paragraph (a) and (b) after “by virtue of” insert “that Regulation or”.
