In section 101 of the Naval Discipline Act 1957 M1 (service of proceedings for maintenance, etc), in subsection (5) after “Part I of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982” insert “ or Council Regulation (EC) No. 44/2001 of 22nd December 2000 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters ”.
