3.  In Schedule 1—

(a) in paragraph 1(4), for “2001” there is substituted “2002”;

(b) in paragraph 4(4), for “2001 is £83,597,000” there is substituted “2002 is £83,606,000”;

(c) for Part II there is substituted—
