This Order makes provision for the transfer to the Electoral Commission of all the functions of the Local Government Commission for England (“the LGCE”) and of the functions of the Secretary of State in relation to local government and London Assembly electoral changes.
Amendments to other Acts9
The amendments to other enactments specified in Schedule 2 to this Order shall have effect.
