Whereas a draft of these Regulations has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament;C1 C2

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the provisions which are specified in Schedule 1 to these Regulations, hereby makes the following Regulations:—C1 C2
