Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

13.  In rule 12.10—

(a) in paragraph (b)(i)—

(i) after “6.19(1)” insert “or (1A)”; and

(ii) omit “under the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982(1)”; and

(b) in paragraph (b)(ii), after “Convention territory” insert “or Regulation State”.
