Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

40.  In CCR Order 34, in paragraph (a) of rule 1—

(a) for “section 14 or 92” substitute “section 14, 92 or 118”; and

(b) after “seized in execution,” insert “or by wilfully insulting a judge, juror, witness or any officer of the court,”.
