9.  In rule 6.22—

(a) in paragraph (2)—

(i) after “6.19(1)” insert “or (1A)”; and

(ii) after “Contracting State” insert “or Regulation State”; and

(b) in paragraph (4), after “6.19(1)” insert “or (1A)”.
