28.—[F1(1)] [F2An entry on the list of applications for registration kept under regulation 29(2)(a)] and any objection to a person’s registration shall be made available for inspection at the registration officer’s office until the application [F3to which the entry relates] or objection has been determined by the registration officer.
[F4(2) This regulation does not apply to an application for registration which is accompanied by an application for an anonymous entry.]
[F5(3) In relation to the registration of local government electors, this regulation does not apply to an application made by a person under the age of 16.]
