Interpretation of Part IVS
50. In this Part of these Regulations–
“Schedule 4” means Schedule 4 to the 2000 Act; and
[F1“absent voter” means an elector who is entitled to vote by proxy or an elector or proxy who is entitled to vote by post;]
“allotted polling station” has the meaning set out in regulation 53(7) below.
[F2“the maximum period” means the period specified in paragraph 3(1A)(a) or (1B)(a) of Schedule 4.]
