72I.—(1) There is excluded from articles 25A, 36A, 53A, 53DA, 60B and 61 any consumer buy-to-let mortgage business [F2which relates to an agreement entered into on or after 21st March 2016 and is] carried on by a registered consumer buy-to-let mortgage firm.
(2) In this article “consumer buy-to-let mortgage business” and “registered consumer buy-to-let mortgage firm” have the meanings given in article 4 of the Mortgage Credit Directive Order 2015 (interpretation of Part 3).]
