Exclusions E+W+S

89P.    Claims management activity conducted by a person appointed by a statutory or other public body E+W+S

There is excluded from articles 89G to 89M any activity carried on by—

(a) any person established or appointed by virtue of an enactment;

(b) an Independent Complaints Reviewer; or

(c) an Independent Case Examiner

in the course of carrying out that individual’s duties.]
