Agreeing to carry on an activity of the kind specified by any other provision of this Part F1or Part 3A F1, Part 3A or Part 3B (other than article 5, F29B, 10, F325D, F425DA, F5F651ZA, 51ZB, 51ZC, 51ZD, 51ZE, 52 F7, 63N F8and 63S) is a specified kind of activity.

Article 64 is subject to the exclusions in articles 72 (overseas persons)F10, 72A (information society services), 72G (local authorities) and 72H (insolvency practitioners).
