The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 3(2), (2A), (3), 4(6) and (7), 10(9) and 171(3), (4) and (10) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 19921 and section 78(9) of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 20002, with the concurrence of the Department for Social Development3 in so far as required, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
