These Regulations, which apply to England and Northern Ireland and come into force on 2nd April 2001, provide for the enforcement of EC Regulations (as specified in Schedules 1 and 2) concerned with the production and marketing of wine and related products.

PART IIIQUALITY WINES PRODUCED IN SPECIFIED REGIONS

Maximum yield16

For the purposes of point I, paragraph 1, of Annex VI to Council Regulation (EC) No. 1493/1999, the maximum yield for each hectare of land cultivated with vines for producing quality wines psr in the specified regions shall be 100 hectolitres.
