The Central Rating Lists (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2001

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 53(1), (2), and (4), 64(3) and 65(4) of the Local Government Finance Act 19881, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
