The Secretary of State for Social Security, with the concurrence of the Inland Revenue in so far as required, in exercise of powers conferred by sections 13(3), 22(5), 122(1) and 175(1) to (4) of, and paragraphs 8(1)(d) and (1A) and 10 of Schedule 1 to, the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 19921 and sections 182C and 189(1) and (3) to (6) of the Social Security Administration Act 19922 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf and for the purpose only of consolidating other regulations hereby revoked3, hereby makes the following Regulations:
