PART XXTRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS

Transitional provisions91

Where any matter is pending before the Public Trustee before the coming into force of these Rules, which, by virtue of these Rules relates to a function exercised by the court, the court shall decide the matter in accordance with these Rules.

2

Where any review or appeal is pending before the court or the Public Trustee before the coming into force of these Rules, it shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of these Rules.
