Section 88 (saving as to Sunday observance) of the 1964 Act shall be amended as follows.

Omit the words “or under a special hours certificate”.

For paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute “to the premises or part, by reason of the provision there of entertainment (in addition to substantial refreshment)”.
