9. In regulation 15, after paragraph (2) insert—U.K.
“(2A) Subject to regulation 16A and 22 (1), the Secretary of State must issue a residence document to a posted worker on application and production of—
(a)a valid passport; and
(b)a valid posted worker authorisation”.
