This Order designates whole of the District of Hart, with the exception of the M3 motorway, together with all its on and off slip roads, for its entire length in the District of Hart, as both a permitted parking area and a special parking area in accordance with Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic Act 1991. It also applies with modifications various provisions of Part II of that Act to the designated area and modifies the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 in relation to the designated area.
