The Secretary of State may by notice revoke a permit granted pursuant to these Regulations where she is of the opinion that an application for the grant, renewal or variation of the permit in question contained any information or statement which was false or misleading in a material particular or where the operator in question has been guilty of a breach of any condition attached to the permit.

An operator to whom a permit has been granted may surrender the permit by notice to the Secretary of State.
