In subsection (4) of section 15A of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 (payment out of benefit of sums in respect of mortgage interest etc.)20, in paragraph (b) of the definition of “insurer”21 for “paragraph 5(b)” substitute “paragraph 5(d)”.
