Circumstances where regulation 12 does not apply13
The consequences of a failure to take part in an interview set out in regulation 12 shall not apply where—
a
he is no longer required to take part in an interview as a condition for continuing to be entitled to the full amount of benefit which is payable apart from these Regulations; or
b
the person attains the age of 60.
