This regulation applies to any relevant decision made under regulation 11(4) or any decision under section 10 of the 1998 Act superseding such a decision.

This regulation applies whether the decision is as originally made or as revised under section 9 of the 1998 Act.

In the case of a decision to which this regulation applies, the person in respect of whom the decision was made shall have a right of appeal under section 12 of the 1998 Act to an appeal tribunal.
