Retirement pension income
16. There shall be added to the descriptions of income listed in section 16(1) (retirement pension income) the following paragraph—
“(k)any sum payable by way of pension out of money provided under the Civil List Act 1837 , the Civil List Act 1937 , the Civil List Act 1952 , the Civil List Act 1972 or the Civil List 1975 .”
