SCHEDULE IV AMOUNTS TO BE DISREGARDED IN THE CALCULATION OF INCOME OTHER THAN EARNINGS

13.  Any payment ordered by a court to be made to the claimant or the claimant’s partner in consequence of any accident, injury or disease suffered by [F1 the person] to whom the payments are made.
