Landlord and Tenant Act 1985

In section 20A of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (limitation of service charges: grant-aided works)(1), in subsection (1), after “earlier enactment”, insert “or article 3 of the Regulatory Reform (Housing Assistance) (England and Wales) Order 2002 (power of local housing authorities to provide assistance)”.
