Application
3. This Order applies to the whole of the Borough of Chelmsford with the exception of the following roads:
(a)the A12 road for the whole of its length within the Borough of Chelmsford;
(b)the A130 road from its junction with the A12 road to its junction with the A132 road;
(c)the route of the proposed extension of the A130 road from its junction with the A132 road to the borough boundary;
(d)the A414 road from its junction with the A12 road to its junction with the London Road; and
(e)the A1114 road from its junction with the A12 road to its junction with the A138 road at the Chelmer Road.
