Application
3. This Order applies to the whole of the Borough of Colchester with the exception of the following roads:
(a)the A12 road for the whole of its length within the Borough of Colchester;
(b)the A133 road from its junction with the A12 road to its junction with the road known as Cymbeline Way;
(c)the A1124 from its junction with the B1408 road, known as London Road, to its junction with the road known as Abbots Lane; and
(d)the A120 road for the whole of its length within the Borough of Colchester.
