section 50 and Schedule 6 (use of information for, or relating to, employment and training);

paragraphs 8, 16 and 17 of Schedule 7 and section 53 so far as it relates to those paragraphs;

section 54 and Part (1) of Schedule 8 to the extent that they repeal the provisions specified in the Schedule to this Order;

section 54 and Part (2) of Schedule 8 to the extent that they revoke paragraph 7 of Schedule 1 to the Social Security Administration (Fraud) (Northern Ireland) Order 19972,
