Amendment of regulation 10 of the principal regulations10.
Regulation 10 of the principal regulations (repayment of charges) is amended as follows:
(a)
in paragraph (2)(d), after “receipt” there is inserted “which is given under regulation 3(6), 4(6), 5(6), 6(5) or 6A(5)”; and
(b)
in paragraph (3), “Health Authority,”, in both places where it occurs, is omitted.
