Amendment of regulation 11 of the principal regulations11
Regulation 11 of the principal regulations (arrangements between NHS bodies and local authorities) is amended as follows:
a
for “a Health Authority,” there is substituted “an”; and
b
in the second place where it occurs, “Health Authority”, is omitted.
