The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 5 and 175(3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 19921, and sections 5 and 171(3), (4) and (10) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 19922, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
